A 27-year-old man has been charged in a bank robbery in Fenton, Missouri.

Joseph L. Haring, of Fenton, Missouri was charged with Robbery in the Second Degree and one count of Resisting by Flight.

Warrants were issued after St. Louis County Police responded to a bank robbery that occurred on Wednesday, August 29, 2012, at 9:25 AM at the Reliance Bank located at 1000 South Highway Drive in the City of Fenton.

St. Louis County Detectives from the Bureau of Crimes Against Persons were able to take Haring into custody upon exiting the hospital after an incident on August 31 during which he stepped in front of a private ambulance along Highway 44.

A $100,000 cash only bond was issued.
